Wolves host fellow Premier League side Southampton in the fifth round on Thursday evening with both sides looking to make it to the final eight of the tournament.
Full-back Jonny Otto played the first 45 minutes of the Premier League draw against Leicester on Sunday and could feature again vs Southampton after returning from a long-term knee injury.
But Espirito Santo does have some other injury worries, Raul Jimenez, Willy Boly and Daniel Podence will all miss the match through injury.
Rayan Ait Nouri and Marcal are also big doubts.
Southampton have also struggled with injuries in recent weeks Alexandre Jankewitz will miss the game through suspension after his red card vs Manchester United, while Theo Walcott, Michael Obafemi and Will Smallbone will all be missing through injury.
Ibrahima Diallo and Kyle Walker-Peters are both being assessed ahead of the encounter, with Hasenhuttl confirming that
the latter ‘may be available.
Barnsley vs Chelsea, 8pm

Chelsea will be looking to maintain their positive start to life under Thomas Tuchel when they take on Barnsley in the FA Cup last 16 on Thursday evening.
The Blues travel to Oakwell on the back of three wins and a draw since Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard, while Barnsley are unbeaten in three Championship outings.
